Abstract

The process of continuing education of teachers in our country is based on the paradigm of the approach not only in terms of learners' competences but also of the concept of cumulative and continuous development of the level of competences related to teaching staff. Through the e-learning system dedicated to the continuous training of teachers, the beneficiaries have the ability to access the related programs regardless of location and time, the interaction between the teachers and their trainers is not a direct one with an individual assessment, which can be done by mutual agreement of the parties.
