Abstract

Describe los problemas que tiene la construcción de ferrocarriles, los altos costos, los errores en el trazado de las líneas, los créditos internacionales para financiar el proceso, las concesiones, la legislación existente sobre construcción de vías férreas y carreteras. Presenta las especificaciones técnicas para construcción de ferrocarriles y hace un listado de los proyectos de construcción de carreteras con el nombre de cada una, para 1917. También hace un estimado de la compra de vehículos de motor.
