¿Qué es necesario mejorar en el régimen retributivo de PDI y el PAS en la universidad española?

Abstract

A pesar de las continuas reformas producidas en el marco de las Instituciones de Educación Superior en España, todavía no se cuenta con un sistema retributivo que valore la eficiencia y la consecución de objetivos del PDI y del PAS. El objetivo de esta comunicación es describir la situación actual y plantear una serie de recomendaciones para mejorar el sistema retributivo del PDI y del PAS en la Universidad española.
