Digitalisierungskonflikte: Eine empirische Studie zu interessenpolitischen Auseinandersetzungen und Aushandlungen betrieblicher Digitalisierungsprozesse

Abstract

Konflikte sind integrales Moment sozio-technischen Wandels in Betrieb wie Gesellschaft - so auch bei der digitalen Transformation der Arbeitswelt. Die Studie untersucht diese Konflikte in diversen Industrie- und Dienstleistungsbranchen entlang von fünf Aspekten der Digitalisierung: Technisierung, Automatisierung, Datifizierung, Virtualisierung und Agilisierung. Sie zeigt, wie wichtig die aktive Begleitung dieser Prozesse durch Betriebs- und Personalräte ist, mahnt aber zugleich, dass angesichts der Geschwindigkeit, Quantität und Komplexität der Entwicklung deren Ressourcen oft nicht reichen.
