Generationswechsel und Geschlechterpolitik im Betriebsrat: Fallstudien zur Diversität in der betrieblichen Mitbestimmung

Abstract

Betriebsräte werden mit einer Vielzahl neuer Herausforderungen konfrontiert. Die Betriebsratswahlen 2018 zeigen, dass es nicht nur hinsichtlich der Repräsentation von Frauen Stagnation gibt und die 30-Prozent-Marke seit einigen Jahren nicht überschritten wird, sondern dass es auch eine tendenzielle Überalterung gibt. Es stellen sich also Fragen: Wie gehen Betriebsräte mit dem demografischen Wandel um, und welche Relevanz kommt der Geschlechterpolitik zu? Die Studie gibt hierzu erste Antworten. Sie basiert auf Fallstudien zu Betriebsräten zum Thema Generationswechsel und Geschlechterpolitik.
