Private-Equity-Aktivitäten in Deutschland 2014/2015: Eine Analyse von Buyouts, Exits und Private-Equity-Gesellschaften

Abstract

Private Equity hat sich in Deutschland wie in allen Industrieländern als relevante Finanzierungsform etabliert. In dieser Studie werden die Aktivitäten von Finanzinvestoren in Deutschland für die Jahre 2014 und 2015 untersucht. Dabei werden die Übernahmen von Unternehmen (Buyouts), die Wiederverkäufe durch einen Finanzinvestor (Exits) und die Private-Equity-Gesellschaften selbst betrachtet. Insbesondere wird der Bestand an übernommenen Unternehmen mit mehr als 2.000 Beschäftigten, die potenziell der paritätischen Mitbestimmung unterliegen, erhoben. Es wird danach gefragt, wie sich Private Equity im Umfeld des wieder konsolidierten deutschen Wirtschafts- und Sozialmodells behaupten konnte.
