Abstract

Die Heizungsindustrie ist eine der zentralen Branchen, wenn es um die Herausforderungen des weltweiten Klimaschutzes für den Energieverbrauch in Gebäuden geht . Mit knapp 35.000 Beschäftigten in Deutschland stellt die Heizungsindustrie auch eine beschäftigungspolitisch bedeutsame Branche dar. Die Anforderungen an Energieeffizienz und CO2-Einsparung beschleunigen einen Strukturwandel in der Heizungsindustrie, der nicht nur Produktinnovationen erfordert, sondern auch Absatzchancen im Export oder im Zusammenhang mit Dienstleistungsangeboten (Facility Management) enthält. Der Branchenreport greift diese Entwicklungen auf und bewertet sie hinsichtlich der Auswirkungen auf Arbeits- und Beschäftigungsbedingungen.
