Abstract

Teams kommen in modernen Unternehmen auf allen Ebenen und in saemtlichen Bereichen zum Einsatz. Entsprechend wichtig ist die Analyse teambezogener Lernprozesse. Durch sie laesst sich eine Konkretisierung des oft recht vage bleibenden Konzepts der lernenden Organisation erreichen. In der vorliegenden Arbeit wird ein ganzheitlich-dynamisches Modell des Teamlernens entwickelt, das die bisherigen Erkenntnisse der Teamliteratur buendelt, bewertet und weiterentwickelt. Dabei werden die drei Bereiche Lernen in Teams, Lernen zwischen Teams und Lernen durch Teams unterschieden. Als verbindende Klammer dienen die grundlegenden Lernmuster Exploitation und Exploration. Mit dieser Habilitationsschrift liegt im deutschsprachigen Raum erstmals eine umfassende, systematisierende, theoretisch anspruchsvolle und kritische Zusammenschau, aber auch gestaltungsorientierte Analyse der stark anglo-amerikanisch gepraegten Literatur zum Thema Teamlernen vor.
