Generación de empleo en el Perú: seis casos recientes de éxito

Abstract

El presente trabajo analiza seis casos emblemáticos de éxito empresarial y generación de empleo no precario en los últimos años en el Perú con el objeto de identificar lecciones de estrategia empresarial y espacios para la acción pública que faciliten la multiplicación de estos casos exitosos en el futuro. Se escogieron sectores productivos que han mostrado gran dinamismo en la producción, ventas externas e internas y empleo registrado formal en los últimos años: agroexportación, exportación de confecciones de algodón, la cadena de la alpaca, la gastronomía peruana y chifa y el comercio minorista a través de supermercados.
