La acción pública de constitucionalidad a debate

Abstract

Este libro es un estudio de los argumentos que puede aportar el mecanismo colombiano de acceso directo de los ciudadanos al control de constitucionalidad al debate sobre la legitimidad democrática del control judicial de las leyes. Al mismo tiempo, el estudio recupera argumentos de este debate clásico del derecho constitucionalque pueden ser aplicados para defender la legitimidad de la Corte Constitucional de Colombia. El texto se complementa con las lecturas en clave comparada de Elisabetta Crivelli, Mia Caielli y Roberto Toniatti sobre el funcionamiento de mecanismos similares del control judicial en Italia y de la Public Interest Litigation en India.
