Razonamiento jurídico y ciencias cognitivas

Abstract

En las últimas décadas el estudio del razonamiento jurídico se ha visto enriquecido por las hipótesis que son formuladas a partir de los resultados de experimentos de la psicología cognitiva y de la neurociencia acerca de cómo el aparato cognitivo humano funciona y de qué modo las actividades inconscientes y conscientes de nuestra mente y cerebro influencian en nuestras acciones cuando lidiamos con cuestiones normativas.
