Abstract

Analiza los cambios en el marco externo y en las politicas economicas internas necesarias para compatibilizar la recuperacion y crecimiento de las economias de America Latina y el Caribe con la reduccion de los procesos inflacionarios, el logro y preservacion de un razonable equilibrio externo y el mejoramiento de las condiciones de vida y oportunidades de los grupos mas pobres de la poblacion.
