Weiterentwicklung des Anschriftenregisters für die amtliche Statistik

Abstract

Zur Vorbereitung und Erstellung von Bundesstatistiken führt das Statistische Bundesamt ein ursprünglich mit Daten des Zensus 2011 aufgebautes Anschriftenregister. Für einen Registerzensus, weitgehend ohne ergänzende Befragungen, soll das Anschriftenregister zur breiteren Nutzung durch die amtliche Statistik weiterentwickelt werden. Die Daten der rund 22 Millionen Anschriften in Deutschland einschließlich Geokoordinaten und Wohnraumkennzeichen stehen nach der Weiterentwicklung aktualisiert zur Verfügung. Zudem werden sie künftig regelmäßig durch Lieferungen von Verwaltungs- und Vermessungsdaten ergänzt, gepflegt und historisiert. Der Beitrag gibt einen Überblick über den Mehrwert und den Aufbau des Anschriftenregisters. Er erläutert die methodischen Herausforderungen und stellt die künftigen Nutzungsmöglichkeiten für den Registerzensus und die amtliche Statistik dar.
