Der neue Kommentar zum Bundesstatistikgesetz: zur Weiterentwicklung des Statistikrechts seit 1988

Abstract

Der im Februar 2023 erschienene Kommentar zum Bundesstatistikgesetz bietet erstmals seit dem letzten Kommentar aus dem Jahr 1988 eine aktualisierte rechtliche Einordnung der Regelungen des Bundesstatistikgesetzes. Der Beitrag stellt anlässlich dieser neuen Kommentierung die statistikrechtlichen Entwicklungen der letzten Jahre und Jahrzehnte dar und erläutert, welche vielfältigen Neuerungen und Anpassungen der rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen durch die Kommentierung zu berücksichtigen waren. Der neu erschienene Kommentar trägt durch etliche Bezugnahmen und Erläuterungen zu einem besseren Verständnis des Sinns, des Zwecks und des Regelungsinhalts der Vorschriften des Bundesstatistikgesetzes bei.
