Die Hochrechnung im Mikrozensus ab 2020

Abstract

Mit dem Ziel, die amtlichen Haushaltsstatistiken zu harmonisieren, wird der Mikrozensus seit 2020 als integriertes System durchgeführt. Neben der Arbeitskräfteerhebung der Europäischen Union sind auch die europäische Haushaltsbefragung über Einkommen und Lebensbedingungen sowie ab 2021 die Statistik zur Nutzung von Informations- und Kommunikationstechnologien modular in den Mikrozensus integriert. Durch ein sogenanntes Kernprogramm, welches weiterhin über eine 1-%-Stichprobe erhoben wird, sind die Erhebungsteile thematisch miteinander verknüpft. Dieser Artikel erläutert die neu konzipierte Methodik der Hochrechnung im neuen System ab 2020. Die Neukonzeption soll die Vielfalt an nationalen und europäischen Anforderungen erfüllen.
