Abstract

In Deutschland findet die Humankapitalbildung in betrieblichen Ausbildungsgängen oder an den Fachhochschulen und Universitäten statt. Wie hoch sind die Renditen dieser Investitionen in das Humankapital? Welche Einkommensunterschiede bestehen zwischen den verschiedenen Berufsgruppen und Qualifikationen?
