Abstract

Bei den Sozialhilfeleistungen wird das staatliche Hilfsangebot zunehmend an eine Arbeitsleistung der Hilfeempfänger gekoppelt. Welche Vorteile sind aus kommunalpolitischer Sicht mit einer Beschäftigung von Hilfeempfängern in Beschäftigungsgesellschaften verbunden? Wie sind diese Gesellschaften aus gesamtwirtschaftlicher Perspektive zu beurteilen?
