Abstract

Die Schüler einer Klasse unterscheiden sich in vielen Merkmalen: Geschlecht, ethnische oder soziale Herkunft, Alter, Körpergewicht und anderes mehr. Sie alle beeinflussen aus verschiedenen Gründen den Schulerfolg. Welche Fähigkeiten benötigen Lehrkräfte, um der Vielfalt einer Lerngruppe gerecht zu werden?
