SOLVIT: Problemlösungen in der Europäischen Zollunion

Abstract

Unternehmen, die am Außenhandel teilnehmen, stehen immer wieder vor der frustrierenden Erkenntnis, dass das europäische Zollrecht – das doch einheitlich angewendet werden sollte - uneinheitlich angewendet wird. Doch was kann man in diesen Fällen machen, um doch zu seinem Recht zu kommen? Dieser Beitrag stellt das Problemlösungsportal SOLVIT der Generaldirektion Binnenmarkt und seine Anwendung speziell für Problemlösungen innerhalb der Zollunion vor.
