Abstract

The main purpose of this article is to analyze and determine needs of digital skills in sector "Other personal services", to provide guidelines for change in accordance with developing digital technologies.The sector is seriously affected by the Covid-19 pandemic and to the temporary effect of the crisis are added problems that have accumulated for years.
