A Study On Intra-Generational Attitude Towards The Intellectual Products In The Digital Era

Abstract

The aim of this paper is to present some key findings from a survey on the attitudes of different generations towards the technological skills that young entrepreneurs should possess in order to create intellectual products and to be successfully in the age of digital challenges. The research tasks are related to: (1) discussing the role of long life learning, acquisition and improvement of digital skills in the context of human resource management; (2) distinguishing the peculiarities between the researched generations on the base of an empirical study in 2020 among 774 Bulgarian citizens at the age of 15 to 72 years old.
