Opinion On Modern Economic Reality And The Training Requirements Of Higher Education Specialists

Abstract

A qualification framework requires that the educational process be oriented not towards learning facts and accumulating knowledge, but towards cultivating competence and preparing individuals, not trained specialists. Here we will add to be prepared to develop and manage projects. They need to work in an emerging circular economy, be motivated, brave, love people and trust the energy for change - just leaders.
