Abstract

The processes of national economy during the transition cannot be explained by the instruments of classical economics and the reason is not the "extraordinary" of this historical period, but the approach. The fabric of real life can only be conditionally "torn" between different social disciplines, and the additional limitation within abstract formal-ized models can take us beyond reality. The purpose of the proposed report is to look for the causes of what is happening during the period under review, combining the good practices of the cultural, political, and economic analyzes of this complex period in our history.
