Maklumat COVID-19 Dan Persepsi Pengguna

Abstract

Objektif kajian ini adalah untuk mengkaji persepsi pengguna terhadap maklumat Covid-19 yang disebarkan oleh agensi kerajaan. Kajian ini menggunakan kaedah analisis faktor terhadap 634 sampel pengguna di Lembah Klang, Malaysia. Didapati pengguna kerap menggunakan maklumat Covid-19 yang disebarkan oleh agensi kerajaan yang terlibat dalam pengurusan Covid-19, terutama menerusi media sosial iaitu Telegram, Facebook dan Twitter. Tindakan agensi kerajaan terbabit yang segera menafikan berita palsu terbukti dapat meningkatkan lagi keyakinan masyarakat terhadap maklumat yang diberikan. Di samping itu, maklumat Covid-19 yang disebarkan oleh agensi kerajaan terbabit juga telah berjaya mempengaruhi gelagat masyarakat untuk mematuhi prosedur operasi standard yang telah ditetapkan. Namun, maklumat bergambar dilihat lebih difahami berbanding bentuk maklumat yang lain. Justeru, maklumat Covid-19 wajar disebarkan oleh agensi kerajaan memandangkan ia perlu digunakan oleh semua ahli masyarakat.
