Inversión, desinversión extranjera y deslocalización
[Investment, foreign disinvestment and offshoring]

Abstract

El objetivo es conocer si continúa el proceso desinversor de las empresas de capital extranjero en España que se evidenciaba a finales de los años noventa y en qué actividades tanto industriales como de servicios se puede estar manifestando un proceso de deslocalización. El resultado muestra una continuación de estos procesos en algunas actividades industriales como productos alimenticios y bebidas, edición de artes gráficas ,reciclaje, fabricación de productos de caucho y plástico, fabricación de equipo e instrumentos médico-quirúrgico, etc., y el hecho más novedoso que es la intensificación de estos procesos en las actividades de servicios como en el comercio al por menor, telecomunicaciones, banca y otros intermediarios financieros y otras en las que anteriormente no habían tenido lugar. Igualmente se pone de manifiesto que las actividades más penetradas por el capital extranjero parecen estar más afectadas por los procesos desinversores.
