Prototypische Entwicklung eines Sensibilisierungs- und Analyseansatzes zur unternehmerischen Anpassung an die Folgen des Klimawandels

Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Beitrag präsentiert und diskutiert das methodische Vorgehen zur Entwicklung eines Sensibilisierungs- und Analyseansatzes für betriebliche Anpassungsstrategien an die Folgen des Klimawandels. In einem engen dialogbasierten Diskurs mit Unternehmen war es ein wesentliches Ziel des Vorhabens, Entscheidungsträger für den Klimawandel und die sich daraus ergebende Notwendigkeit zur Anpassung zu sensibilisieren. Dabei war eine zentrale Erkenntnis, dass im Rahmen entsprechender Projekte die spezifische Situation beteiligter Unternehmen möglichst frühzeitig berücksichtigt sowie die Thematik Klimawandelfolgen zukünftig noch strukturierter und stärker in der Führungsebene von Unternehmen verankert werden muss. Um der sich daraus ergebenden Notwendigkeit gerecht zu werden, dass für die Anpassung an die Folgen des Klimawandels unternehmensspezifische Klimaservices erforderlich sind, die sowohl wissenschaftlich fundiert als auch in der Praxis passfähig sind, wurde der „GERICS-Unternehmensbaukasten“ entwickelt.
