Abstract

Constituir y desarrollar organizaciones de la economia social y solidaria (ESS) conlleva una serie de complicaciones sobre su legalizacion y operatividad. La problematica se centra en la formacion de seres humanos con un nucleo de sentidos diferente, que les permita desarrollar un paradigma empresarial basado en la solidaridad y la cooperacion. Para lograr salvar la problematica, este texto propone la construccion de una pedagogia alternativa que fortalezca el tejido social de las organizaciones de la ESS. En este marco el trabajo analiza la experiencia en una cooperativa de ahorro y credito.
