Abstract

E-mail: elenascause@yandex.ruПроведенное исследование было призвано выявить цели и нормы, которыми руководствуются преподаватели в своей деятельности, а также логику, в которой связываются разные аспекты преподавательской работы. Тогда как в подавляющем большинстве российских исследований академической профессии реконструируется административный взгляд на работу преподавателя, в данной статье автор стремится прояснить взгляд самих преподавателей на содержание, смыслы и цели их работы. В качестве инструмента сбора данных выбрано фокусированное глубинное интервью. Серия интервью проведена в одном из университетов Екатеринбурга. Методологическая рамка исследования выстраивается на основании обоснованной теории и нарративного анализа, восходящего к герменевтике. Качественный анализ расшифровок интервью позволил заключить, что у информантов сложились схожие представления о навыках, необходимых для работы, о целях преподавания и условиях поддержания качества образования на должном уровне. Однако ни на уровне университета, ни в рамках кафедры не существует общего языка, на котором описывался бы профессиональный опыт преподавателя. Определены границы влияния других участников образовательного процесса - студентов, коллег, администрации - на видение информантами процесса преподавания. Выявлены основания для формирования профессиональной солидарности в академическом сообществе университета.
