The reasons of the financial crisis under globalization

Abstract

Grounds for crisis phenomena in financial sector of modern economy are examined. The factors that affect formation of a new integrated trade and finance system are studied together with an objective necessity to reconsider principles and mechanisms of operations of the financial institutions.
