Abstract

La redistribution géographique que connaît la production du blé dur en France depuis le début des années 2000 entraîne une redistribution des possibilités d’accumulation du capital économique qui en est tiré. Cet article vise à montrer que ce mouvement tient principalement à la permanence des règles qui définissent les caractéristiques de la marchandise « blé dur ». Favorisant certaines forces économiques aux dépens de certaines autres, lesdites règles pèsent sur la distribution de la structure des profits qui en sont tirés, donc sur l’accumulation. Faire cette démonstration est l’occasion de montrer que, interprétée à la lumière de l’école de la régulation, l’anthropologie économique de Pierre Bourdieu peut utilement être mobilisée pour saisir les structures politiques qui organisent et soutiennent l’accumulation – et ce de manière dynamique.
