Crearea Unui Sistem De Management Al Cunostintelor In Cadrul Primariei Timisoara

Abstract

primaria Timisoara este angajata din 1997 intr-un amplu proces de informatizare, proces amplificat, incepand cu anul 2000, prin implementarea de solutii specifice pentru sectorul administratiei locale, bazate pe tehnologii deschise si moderne, care sa ofere cetatenilor acces rapid, facil si interactiv la serviciile publice si la informatie. Chiar daca sumele investite de municipalitate in acest domeniu al informatizarii (calculatoare, echipamente informatice, servere, programe, licente soft, intretinere si asistenta tehnica, consultanta, retea de infokioskuri, acces Internet, crearea si implementarea de noi solutii si servicii informatice etc.) sunt relativ reduse - din 2001 pana in prezent, 3,7 milioane lei, defalcata pe cei patru ani suma reprezinta aproximativ 0,25% din bugetul local anual,- cu sprijinul si profesionalismul specialistilor implicati in acest proces s-au Inregistrat rezultate remarcabile. In anul 2004, o companie IT a castigat licitatia pentru dezvoltarea unui Sistem de Management al Cunostintelor pentru Primaria Timisoara. In ciuda competitiei din partea altor ofertanti, una dintre aceste companii a reusit sa demonstreze valoarea si eficacitatea solutiei propuse.
