Contributions Underlying Romanian Management Model

Abstract

The purpose of research is the systemic analysis of Romanian management model (RMM), analysis and development of methods, techniques, procedures and tools, original or adapted to our country specific, by specialists and experts in management. The analysis considers the Romanian companies that will support their survival, transformation and changes during the transition or transformation period.
