Índice TOYA: fundamento teórico metodológico
Abstract
This research proposes de TOYA Index to measure the continuous improvement in organizations, which is based on the involvement of personnel due to the fact that they are not well heard by their superiors. The methodology encompasses a definition of continuous improvement. The study involves four plants to see the relationship between the improvement activities of workers and their contributions they have to enhance the processes. Finally, as a new development, this study also proposes the TOYA molecule to induce new researches.Download Info
