Abstract

El presente tiene como objetivo, regular los comportamientos de utilidades excesivas de producciones de alto impacto para la economía interna, por la vía de los mecanismos de aprobación y formación de precios. Con éste se propone una vía de regulación de precios mayoristas de aquellas entidades que forman precios por acuerdos, sin subsidios; y que obtienen utilidades desmedidas, que no son el resultado de disminu-ciones de costos y gastos, aplicación de medidas tecnológicas, comerciales, logísticas o administrativas; sino de buscar mayores niveles de venta y de Valor Agregado Bruto por aplicación de precios no razonables.
