Emprendimiento en Chile. Presencia en la sociedad y cómo influye en la cultura laboral

Abstract

El emprendimiento es una forma de generar ingresos que se contrapone a la imagen del trabajador asalariado. Este paradigma laboral ha sido promovido por las políticas económicas chilenas, ganando terreno dentro de las opciones que manejan los trabajadores, las cuales generan cambios socioculturales en estos. Ocupando diversas fuentes bibliográficas, revisión de planes de gobiernos, investigaciones cuantitativas; se encuentra que efectivamente la noción del emprendedor está generando cambios en el paradigma de los trabajadores chilenos, como entienden el trabajo, el lugar y los horarios laborales. Y con todo esto expuesto, el artículo busca reconocer la importancia del emprendimiento a futuro.
