Abstract

Se busca aquí otorgar al lector reflexiones, apreciaciones y argumentos sobre el rumbo de la EMTP y su incidencia en el desarrollo económico. Es pertinente mencionar que el autor es fruto de esta educación y que por tanto bien podría este ensayo estar condicionado a una temporalidad y área particulares, pero entiéndase la visión aquí expresada desde una actual postura Universitaria que intenta mostrar, desde la evidencia un análisis del enorme potencial que en Chile se pierde por la falta de información, institucionalidad y coherencia de los diferentes tipos de modalidades de estudios.
