Abstract

ABSTRACT: In recent years, the employment of young people is becoming a major challenge for most European countries. This paper focuses on the analysis of the employment situation of young Europeans at nacional and regional levels in order to identify the job profile that characterizes this group and which distinguishes it from other groups. Then, with the aim of discovering whether there is a taxonomy of Spanish regions, cluster analysis is applied to the relationship between levels of youth training and employment and unemployment rates.
