El análisis de la lógica del desarrollo territorial a través de sus procesos de planificación estratégica. Propuesta metodológica y aplicación en Andalucía
Abstract
RESUMEN La Planificación Estratégica es una metodología sistemática para planificar procesos de desarrollo. Pero además, por ello explicita el análisis y estrategias que los actores participantes realizan para promover el desarrollo en un territorio. Ello ofrece la posibilidad de analizar, reconstruir, la estrategia que tales actores plantean así como la lógica que han utilizado para ello, ya sea para cada en particular, ya sea, por agregación, para ámbitos territoriales más amplios (regional, estatal, …). Aquí se plantea una posible metodología para poder realizar tal análisis, aplicándola a casos de planificación estratégica en Andalucía para mostrar su pertinencia y potencial validez. ABSTRACT The Strategic Planning is a systematic methodology to plan development processes. But in addition, it explicits the analysis and strategies that the actors take in order to promote the development of a territory. It offers the possibility of analyzing, reconstructing, the strategy that such actors raise as well as the logic that they have used for it. Either for a especial case, or by aggregation for wider territorial areas (regional, state…). Here a possible methodology appears facilitate such analysis. This methodology is applied to cases of strategic planning in Andalusia in order to show its relevancy and potential validity.Download Info
