ABSTRACT This work, with a Delphi methodology, analyzes the present tourist development factors of Andalusian natural areas of mountain and it predicts the important factors that can explain the sustainable and competitive tourist development in the future. In this research, we use Porter´s “competitiveness diamond” model, based in a strategic and territorial approach of competitive analysis.
