    Abstract

ABSTRACT The economic and social policy of Junta de Andalusia during the autonomy period regarding plans of different nature is analysed. In particular, economic plans, regional development plans, social agreement and sectorial and horizontal programs are studied. All of them present the history of the plans, the elaboration and the processing, the followed strategy, the objectives, the sectorial priorities, the financing and the execution and the control. Although as a whole the opinion is favourable, it indicates some faults that those in charge of planning should have taken into account.
