Abstract

ABSTRACT The central concern of this paper is to present a survey on the empirical relationship between human capital and economic growth. Moreover to analyze the existence of this relationship, we estimate the Cobb-Douglas production function using international data and Spanish regional data. We want to check if the results depend on the constant return to scale assumption.
