The Innovative Methods Of Future Professional Staff Education

Abstract

The article presents the results of the carried out analysis concerning the level determination of the use of innovative methods of teaching specialized subjects in preparation for the profession of logistics, and to identify and determine possible changes in the types of teaching methods, used in relation to carried out in this area of research by specialists and experts in the past 15 years. The purpose of this article is to realize that the education system in all schools modes in Poland do not prepare future potential employees to complete a chosen profession, in accordance with the employers expectations and the needs of the present times, or does not predispose to rapid changes in the profession.
