The Relationship Between Organisational Learning and Employee Development. Results From an Extensive Research Project on Organisational Culture in An IT Company

Abstract

This study presents a series of results obtained through extensive research in the field of organisational culture, carried out in a multinational company in the IT industry and aimed at identifying and implementing good management practices in the company under analysis. The study thus aims to present a model for analysing and evaluating the relationship between organisational learning and employee development in a multinational IT company. Among the main results obtained, it should be mentioned that there is a statistically significant relationship between organisational learning and employee development. In other words, organisational learning significantly influences the level of employee development.
