The Employment of People with Disabilities in the Labor Market
AbstractThe access for people with disabilities in the labor market is a challenge and a necessity for most countries, especially with today’s general line of national economies to reduce the cost of social services. This can be achieved if national policies will allocate more money for job accessibility, more careful supervision of enterprises with more than 50 employees, but not one people with disabilities and of the protected units that must protect the interests of this population.
