Abstract

In the context of continuous development of society, of a trend of globalization of markets and economy, it is increasingly felt the need to integrate in the work of Romanian institutions the Department of Human Resource Management. Romanian institutions must be brought up to the international bodies’ standards, environmental requirements, given the strong competition and emphasized dynamism. The importance of human resources management in the work of institutions is increasing, the success of the latter depending on the effectiveness of programs conducted by management professionals the organization disposes of.
