Developing of Competency-based Models and Profiles of Managers in Bulgarian Industrial Organizations

Abstract

In the article from a theoretical point of view are presented methods for developing competency based models. Methodological scheme is submitted to develop profiles competency models and managerial personnel of industrial organizations from the country's economy.
