Abstract

Marketing research is part of the functional structure of modern transport marketing. The main goal of marketing research in the process of carrying out the transport enterprise’s activity is to minimize the risk that accompanies its activity, determine the real competitive advantages and position transport services in the markets where they can be realized in the most effective way. This is practically realized through collecting and processing data on the state and dynamic of the transport market.
