Abstract

This paper has as a starting point the requirements of CNFPA (National Council for Adult Vocational Training) for educational programs’ accreditation, in agreement with the current legislation in Romania, for interview operators occupation. It will be presented a model to achieve CNFPA accreditation, type of communication, learning methods used etc. Interview operators competencies are: 2. Defining and using specific techniques; 3. Interactive Communication in the team; 4. Planning own shares under the guidance of coordinator; 5. Completing working papers entirely, and using specific language; 6. Using the specific codes and symbols.
