Abstract

A particular focus of community health work is on prevention, community nurses and the mediator are few professionals who can achieve a maximum impact on the prevention of beneficiaries. Based on questionnaire, the study aims to determine the impact of community health program at the community level in Vaslui County, determining the duties to inform community health authorities and health mediator, highlighting the importance of community nurses work for the community and authorities local determination of the degree of collaboration between community nurses and other decision makers in the community, determining the impact on the decentralization of community medical care.
