Vállalati együttműködés a mai világgazdaságban

Abstract

A termelőerők fejlődésének következtében korunk világgazdasága előtt az integrálódás parancsa és lehetősége áll. A vállalati keretekbe szerveződő termelés miatt azonban a gazdálkodás alapja a vállalatok és a nemzetgazdaságok elszigeteltsége és az ebből következő anarchia. A termelési viszonyok eme immanens korlátja miatt a világgazdasági integrálódás csak felemásan, torzul, egyszóval nem kielégítően halad előre. Ez az ellentmondás jelenik meg a vállalati együttműködésekben is. Az integrálódás szükségszerűség, de ez a vállalat számára az életben maradásának (versenyképességének) a követelményeként jelenik meg. A vállalati együttműködés tehát nem a konkurencia tagadása, hanem éppen annak egyik megjelenési formája.
